Since 1979, BITS Pilani has been participating in the human resources development activity of industries, through its Work Integrated Learning Programmes (WILP), that integrate the working environment of the employees with the learning environment required by the institute
Applications are invited from employed professionals for the following Work Integrated Learning Programmes
Integrated First Degree Programme (6 semesters)

B.S. Engineering Technology
Eligibility Criteria: Technical Diploma/B.Sc or equivalent with minimum two years relevant work experience

Higher Degree Programmes (4 semesters)
M.S.: Manufacturing Management, Software Management, Quality Management (in collaboration with Indian Institute of Quality Management (IIQM), Jaipur)

Eligibility Criteria:
Integrated first degree of BITS or equivalent such as B.E./M.Sc with minimum one year relevant work experience

M.S.: Consultancy Management (in collaboration with Consultancy Development Centre (CDC), New Delhi)
Eligibility Criteria:
Integrated first degree of BITS or equivalent such as B.E./M.Sc with minimum one year relevant work experience
Candidates with M.Com/ACA/ACS can also apply

M.Phil:
Hospital and Health Systems Management (in collaboration with Christian Medical College, Vellore and Bombay Hospital, Mumbai)
Eligibility:
MBBS degree or its equivalent, or an integrated first degree of BITS or equivalent such as B.E./M.Sc with minimum one year relevant work experience
